Hope in the Heartland Day of Discovery Feb 2, 2019 was a great success! Thank you for your part in making this event happen. The resources used and mentioned during our day-long learning experience are available under the “Resources” tab of this web page.

Visit the “Blog” tab to keep up with stories of transformation that are growing out of Hope in the Heartland. To share your congregation’s action plans, progress toward goals, or stories of the Holy Spirit bringing transformation large or small, email Pr. Jess Daum, DEM Eastern North Dakota at jessica@eandsynod.org. Attach a photo if possible. Your story may be shared on our Hope in the Heartland: Stories of Hope blog.

The world is changing quickly. God is giving us new birth into a living hope.

AN 8 SYNOD EVENT

18 LOCAL GATHERING SITES

The Holy Spirit showed up powerfully for A DAY OF DISCOVERY & PARTNERSHIP

This conference and the resources and stories shared on this web page will be most helpful for congregations with up to 100 people in worship on a weekly basis. We are engaging concepts for building vitality in rural and small congregations found in the book “Discovering Hope”. Pastor Nancy Nyland and others continue to be our guide as together we seek to find and travel the path forward into God’s promised future.

Look for future live events in seasons to come. Request to become a host site for a future event by speaking with your Synod’s DEM.
